Returns and Refunds

 

YAPO ensures every customer is satisfied with the products and services we supply.  If you need to return any item, we ask you to give us a call on 01420 478877 or drop an email to sales@yapo.co.uk

 

YAPO Process all customer orders quickly, if you decide to cancel your order, we may have already incurred some costs.  This can be for administration, artwork setup etc.

 

If there is a query with your order, we would like to hear from you as soon as possible and request that you call our Customer Service Team on 01420 478877 so we can help you and resolve any issues straight away.

 

Returning Plain Items

 

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 14 days for a refund of the cost of the items, excluding the shipping cost.  Please be aware that you are responsible for the return shipping cost too and we recommend you use a “signed for” service to ensure that nothing is lost or misplaced when returning the items to us.

 

The goods must be returned in a saleable condition, this means that they must not have been used or worn.  You must include their original packaging with bags, tags and any associated packing materials.

 

Returning Personalised Items

 

You can only request to return of personalised items that are faulty, have been damaged or incorrectly supplied.  Once the items have been personalised it is not possible to cancel the order whether they have been shipped or not.  Please be aware that The Consumer Contracts Regulations that came into force on 13th June 2014 excludes “personalised goods or goods made to a consumer’s specification”.
